I have an iPhone 13 I need to have it activated so I can get a six digit code to change my password for T-Mobile

Has the iPhone been disabled because of a forgotten passcode for the Lock Screen?

In this case, the iPhone has to be erased and set up again.

If your iPhone has iOS 15.2 or later installed, and you don'T have access to a computer, follow the steps in this article:

How to reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch when you forgot your passcode - Apple Support


To erase it using a computer, follow this one:

If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support



If this is about the Activation Lock that you can't disable, contact the owner of the Apple ID shown on the iPhone screen, to have the Activation Lock disabled by him:

Activation Lock for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support


If you can't reach the previous owner and /or have the original purchase receipt, contact Apple Support and ask them to disable the Activation Lock.
