Screen time activity data not updating

Hi all, need some advice. One of our children's screen time activity has stopped updating and we think it's because of something she's done on her phone.

So from 6pm last night activity stopped updating, and on Find My she's no longer appearing on the people list, and under devices her phone shows as not sharing location.

In screen time, under Content and Privacy Restrictions, account changes and mobile data changes are set to don't allow, and share my location is set to allow.

We're trying to work out what she could have done to stop her screen time activity updating, and how she's stopped sharing her location. Can anyone help?

Hello BH1983,

It sounds like the Screen Time settings are set to allow them to share their location, though you may wish to check and see if they have toggled off the option to share their location.

Share your location with a family member

You can share your location in Settings or the Find My app, and you can stop sharing your location at any time.

If you already set up a Family Sharing group

In iOS 16 or iPadOS 16 or later:

1. On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings.

2. Tap Family.

3. Tap Location Sharing.

4. Under Share Your Location With, tap to choose which family members to share your location with.
