Low volume while talking on call

From past few months I had been facing the problem of low volume while talking on call. Very less audible is the voice of another person to whom I am talking.

Hi Robby_Yad,

Welcome to the Apple (user-to-user) Community.

Wondering if this Apple Support article can help:

While on a call on iPhone – Apple Support

Eg: says

"When you’re on a phone call, you can switch the audio to the speaker or a Bluetooth device. If you get another incoming call, you can respond or ignore it".

or

"Adjust the audio during a call

To change the volume, press the volume buttons on the side of iPhone"

Another Apple Support article also has quite a few tips:

You could try turning off "Low Power" mode if you have it turned on.

Use Low Power Mode to save battery life on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

says:

"To turn Low Power Mode on or off, go to Settings > Battery. You can also turn Low Power Mode on and off from Control Center. Go to Settings > Control Center > Customize Controls, then select Low Power Mode to add it to Control Center."

You might want to try using either cellular or wi-fi

(ie: see if there is any difference in hearing and being heard on a call)
