There is no annual summary statement. Your monthly statements are always available on your iPhone by opening the Wallet app, tapping the Apple Card, then tapping the Card Balance. From there you can download and print your statements. Alternatively you can visit the Apple Card website, login with your Apple ID and Password to see you statements and/or print them out.
