Apple gift card as a tourist in another country

Hi, I’m currently staying in Germany for a while and was considering buying a gift card for myself to redeem instantly. The problem is that i’m from Argentina and i don’t know if there exist any Argentine Apple gift card, also would there be any way for me to redeem a apple gift card that has no flag on it?
