Can’t print since update

Hi,

Since I’ve done the last update on my iPad few days ago, it doesn’t want to print anymore, both the printer at my workplace and my home, both shows on my ipad, I’m connected to it, but once I press on printing nothing happens, I tried turning off and on again both printers, and the rooters and my iPad, tried to forgot the wifi and connected to it again nothing change it’s simply not printing and I have no idea why, it’s my tool for work so it’s really frustrating to have to ask my coworkers (when they are here) to use their iPad, I need help please!

Hello _bloodravnn,

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. Are you unable to print from a specific application on your iPad? If it's isolated to an app, we recommend to ensure that the app is updated to the latest software version. You can open the App Store on your iPad > tap on your profile in the upper right corner > scroll down and see if your app is listed for an update. If it is, let's ensure you update the app and see if you can print without any issues.

In addition, if you're using an AirPrint-enabled printer you'll want to make sure you're meeting these requirements:

• Confirm that your printer supports AirPrint. Contact your printer's manufacturer for details.

• Make sure that your iPhone or iPad and your printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network and that you're within range.

These requirements are outlined in this helpful article: Use AirPrint to print from your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Following these steps may help resolve your issue with printing.

Kind regards.
