Hi There,
I have an iphone 13 and am having difficulties saving my recorded voicemail greeting.
I have tried resetting network settings, updating voice mail password and ensuring my IOS is up to date. Also disable wifi and relied upon 5G. Whilst I can listen to my save message through greetings on phone whenever someone calls it still goes to default.
Appreciate some trouble shooting on the topic.
