I have an Apple watch SE 1 gen, both on the chassis and the system info contains the same serial number and it's verified in apple's check coverage site, and also shows the apple logo on startup, etc. But just recently I've heard that fake ones can fool people by using an existing apple watch serial number, what can I do to be 100% certain that my apple watch is original?

Oh I see! Well I didn’t bought mine from apple itself but it seems original nonetheless, all characteristics are matching with a normal Apple Watch. The only thing out of the ordinary was that I had to validate the date of purchase with online support because the dates where off, but this also happened with my AirPods Pro and was fixed right away too!

By purchasing it from Apple - or an authorized reseller - and breaking the tamper-evident packaging seals yourself.
