Can we not import our own custom ringtones using Ventura?

Created a ring tone and there is no "tones" option to import anywhere I can find. Nothing is working to import the tones into a device using Music app. I'm on Ventura importing into an iPhone 12.

Any way to do this or has this capability now been removed? Thank you.

Nevermind, I figured it out.

This has been available for quite some time. They don't make it easy.

I was able to import it after a couple of hours of trying. Had to make sure clip was under 30 seconds and it imported in seconds using the Finder window by dropping in the Music folder in case anyone else is needing help.
