Lego Star Wars Castaways - Apple Arcade

Lego Star Wars Castaways keeps crashing on Apple Arcade whilst playing hippodrome battles. Tried all the ‘suggested’ fixes and have written to Gameloft (game creator) who said they are aware of it but have done nothing to date to try to resolve it.

Only happens when playing in hippodrome. Anyone else experiencing this?

The Gardens Between+ in Apple Arcade Are you having issues too with the apple arcade version of The Gardens Between game? It has been crashing on me since I downloaded it. Whenever I select ‘New Game’, it plays the first intro video, one in the tree house, then crashes after. When I tried selecting ‘Continue’, the loading icon from bottom right shows before it crashes again. I have already gone through with the basics of troubleshooting. Reboot iPad, reinstall app, updated iPadOS to current version but to no avail. Please help!
