Ghost touch on Iphone XR

hello, I want to ask for advice, the screen of this cellphone is not sensitive and ghost touches are getting more frequent, sometimes I have to turn off the screen for a moment (pressing the lock button) and then it can be used again, and it will keep repeating. a week ago I contacted apple support and was advised to:

1. Analytic diagnostics are performed and everything is normal, so it is recommended to update the latest iOS - it has been implemented

2. because I was still experiencing the same thing, I did a reset from the cellphone and restored the data and still couldn't, so I contacted Apple support again and had to be taken to the Indonesian authorized service center "MITRA CARE"

after being taken to an authorized service center, I didn't get any repairs, they said that from the diagnostic results there was no problem with the cellphone screen so the LCD was not disassembled and the cellphone was returned to me.

please give me a way out for this because it is very annoying and hinders my work activities, which use a lot of cellphones.

Can it really not be repaired in Indonesia? Instead, they suggested to replace a new unit which I find ridiculous.
