iTunes error when downloading

Ok... I downloaded a song from iTunes and while downloading I got a "error must shut down iTunes" so I close iTunes and open it back up and the song I was charged for is no where to be found. So I downloaded another song and it shows up but the first won't. Where is the song that i was charged???

Ya report this to Apple, I'm having the same issue. Itunes 64 9.2.1

By any chance, are you using Windows 7 (64bit)??

Some songs download, but others (most) crash iTunes during purchase. Play around with itunes and try to download "free songs" and see if they stick.

I wish we can find out if this effects more users on Windows 7 (32 and/or 64)

How do u report download error from iPad? There's not a "purchase history" section under my iTunes account.

I was downloading movies to my I pad and after one hour I recieved an error message, I can not get back into i tunes, the screen has been saying downloading for over 3 hours and nothing is happening
