i need to upload my music files to the cloud
How do i upload my music to the cloud and can I be logged into a PC Laptop to use the music?

If you're talking about Apple Music, there are two ways of doing this on a PC.
One: Use Apple Music Website: music.apple.com...and sign in.
Two: Download iTunes on a PC and sign in to your account.
If you're talking about music that is stored as mp3 files outside of Apple Music...then, on your PC go to iCloud.com to retrieve those files.
NOTE* The original files must have been saved on an Apple Device using your AppleID, already using iCloud.
