Transfer PDF File to Computer
How do I copy a pdf file in my iPhone Files Folder to my PC? Adobe Reader app is on the app list, but no Adobe files are identified on the iPhone window in iTunes.

The easiest way if you're using the "Files" app, is to go to iCloud.com on your computer, find it saved in iCloud and save it/open it to your PC files that way.
The other way is to email it to yourself, then open it on your computer.
