Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.
We see that your Apple IDs do not match to use Messages in iCloud. You wan to make sure that the Apple ID used in Settings s> Messages and the Apple ID use for iCloud in Settings > [your name] are the same. We do not advise on signing out of iCloud since this links to several services and could cause data loss. You can sign out of Messages and sign in with the same Apple ID.
