iPhone 13 overheating

Is it normal for my iPhone 13 to get really hot when I’m not using it? Or when I am only texting or scrolling Facebook? Should I take it in to Apple to check it?

Getting warm is normal. Getting hot is not:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch gets too hot or too cold

If no help, have it checked:

Find Locations
