after SMC reset Macbook won't turn on
When I try to turn on my computer, there is a little light on the screen (no apple logo) and the startup sound. After that, the computer shuts down before it can be turned on and tries to restart itself and enters the loop. Apple tech support suggested me to do internet recovery. I'm trying to do internet recovery, the computer seems to be doing this. However, when the bar under the globe is full, the computer shuts down, and then the globe and wifi connection screen opens again. It doesn’t work.
How did my computer get to this point?
I called apple customer service with the complaint that my computer sometimes does not turn on without charging, even though there is enough energy in its battery. They told me to do SMC and NVRAM resetting. After SMC resetting, my computer started to react unexpectedly. As I mentioned at the beginning of my writing, the computer gives a little light and a startup sound to the screen, but it cannot be turned on. And then it keeps trying to open itself and goes into a loop.
My computer was fully functional before these processes. I don't know if NVRAM resetting or SMC resetting caused this, but I noticed the situation after I did SMC resetting. After telling the situation to apple customer service, they told me that I have to give my device to the service. Is there a solution I can implement on my own? What could have happened to my computer?
