iPhone 14 Pro constantly freezing

This phone is awful. I’m having to restart it multiple times a day. It gets in this state where apps won’t launch, notifications won’t respond. I’ve started carrying my wallet again because it’s frozen up even launching Apple Pay.


I brought it into an Apple Store and their straight faced advice was to completely wipe it and set it up as a new device without restoring my backup, and to not use any 3rd party VPN because “Apple devices are secure and don’t play well with VPNs”


I wish I could get my 12 Pro back… no issues in the 2 years I had it
