Backup storing Keyboard Data (chinese and Japanese)

I see no clear answer to this questions here on forums. When I turn off certain backups in my manage storage section of icloud backup I see Keyboard Data (Chinese and Japanese) I never use these languages..but it is over 6 MB. Should I leave it on or can I turn it off?
