Entire FaceTime call log/history

For partner visa reasons, I need to be able to show the ENTIRE FaceTime log history with one person.

I know I can check recents, under the recents feature, but I need to see ALL times FaceTimed were placed for over a year.

how can apple provide this, given it’s my data?

I’ve had a couple of different phones but always under the same iCloud account so apple SHOULD be able to provide a way?
