Back up to a different device

Im getting a Samsung galaxy s23 ultra and have to send this phone in. How do I get my photos and messages from the ICloud if I no longer have an IPhone?

How do I access iCloud backup from my old iPhone I recently bought an iPhone 16 and transferred apps and data from my iPhone 13 via an iTunes backup and restore. I then found that not all the photos and messages like WhatsApp went to new phone. I also ran iCloud backup and sync on both phones (maybe foolishly) then wiped the old phone as it was being sold. When I go into iCloud I can see both phones there and the old one seems to have more data as storage amount is larger. I’m wondering if the missing photos and messages are in the iCloud backup of old phone and if there is a way to get these or merge these onto the new phone that is being sync’d into iCloud. Erasing data on old iPhone after transferring to new iPhone I got two phones and I’ve already transferred the data from my old Iphone to my new Iphone using the Quick Start function. I want to erase all the data on my old phone since I want to give it to someone else, but it still gives me the option to upload data to ICloud or skip backup. Will skipping backup and proceeding to erase all content on my old phone affect the data that has been transferred to my new phone? (esp. that i’m using iCloud for both phones) I’m scared skipping backup and erasing my old phone’s data will also delete the ICloud photos transferred from my old phone to the new phone. Now that I am logged into icloud how do I save my information on my new device I need to transfer my iPhone pictures and data to this device
