Memoji App
My iphone 13 has the ios 16.3
and I want the Memoji app.
But every time I pull it up, it won’t let me download it? Why did apple only make this app for only certain types of versions?

Memojis can be created and managed through the Messages app on your iPhone. To help with creating a Memoji, use the guidance below:
1. Open Messages and tap the Compose buttonto start a new message. Or go to an existing conversation.
2. Tap the Memoji button, then swipe right and tap the New Memoji
button.
3. Customize the features of your memoji — like skin tone, hairstyle, eyes, and more.
4. Tap Done.
