Repeated "NFC Tag Detected" notifications - but for my own tags!

I have AirTags on all sorts of things and they are all registered, show up in my Find My app, and work as expected. However, several times a day, I get a series of "NFC Tag Detected" notifications (intended to tell you if you're possibly being tracked) - but when I open the notification (which takes you to found.apple.com) The tags are always my own tags that I have with me (on my keys etc.)

I cannot find a setting anywhere to disable these notifications - or preferably only for my own devices. Anyone else have this problem, or a solution?
