Are there any options for using Android emulators on Mac with M1?

None of the Android emulators runs on the MacBook Pro M1, either through Parallels or through MacOS. Are there any solutions to this problem? Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

The issue with the x86 versions of Android emulators is that they used VT-x Intel instructions to make emulation really easy on themselves.

VT-x are not considered 'User-level' instructions, so they atre not supported by Rosetta emulation of x86 Intel instructions.

To work on M1, Android emulators will need some re-writing. They cannot be Rosetta-emulated and they cannot just be re-complied.
