K850 Bluetooth Timeout with apple IPad Pro 12.9 2022ver

My Logitech K850 wireless Bluetooth keyboard is not connecting to my apple IPad 12 Pro.

Anyone have an idea as to why the Bluetooth keeps timing out.

The keyboard works perfectly with other devices.

The error is very vague “timeout” while trying to connect.

It connects OK, but each keypress required around a 2 second press to get a key to appear. I have reset the network and dictionary settings, soft reset, deleted and re-added the device etc. all to no avail. I have even tried two separate Logitech Slim Folio keyboards and they both have the same issue. I also have a Logitech bluetooth keyboard I use with my Mac and that works perfectly, so I connected that to the ipad and the same issue, leading me to think that the issue is with the ipad. It states that it is compatible with this ipad, so should work. Does anyone have any ideas of what else I can try? Many thanks, Graham

Bluetooth is messed up after last iOS (17.2.1) & MacOS Sonoma(14.2.1) Update Hello Community After updating my iPhone (12 Pro Max) to iOS (17.2.1) & Macbook Pro (M1 Pro) to MacOS Sonoma(14.2.1) last night, Bluetooth is acting weird. I am unable to connect with my AirPod Pro or Logitech keyboard. Sometimes, the Bluetooth icon is greyed out. Screen is becoming unresponsive trying to open Bluetooth settings. I have done all the basic troubleshooting steps, getting on chat with support team as well. Nothing helped so far. Is anyone else facing a similar issue? Found any solution?

iPad 9 Bluetooth Does iPad 9, 10.2”, Model 2602, Ser# C2***H7N, support Bluetooth Low Energy Technology? Logitech MX Keys Mini specs require it. How critical is that tech for the logitech keyboard? [Edited by Moderator to remove PII]
