How will apple allow us to access Dad’s phone with Apple ID ( we know this ) however he died suddenly and we don’t know his password.
can we provide a Death Certificate to access his phone ?
You cannot access his phone without his passcode, but you can access his Apple ID account and iCloud data. And if the phone has been reset to factory settings there is no data on it to access.
