New iPhone not eligible for Apple Care+

Hi,

I bought my device on the 27th of December yet when I go to buy Apple Care+, this is within the 60 day eligibility period stated after purchase.

iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 16

Still says device is not eligible, even when signing in with Apple ID and checking the serial number
