Hello Mmi-23,
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. If you’re trying to reset your iCloud password, you can do so by visiting the iCloud website. Follow these steps below:
1.) Visit the iCloud website.
2.) Select "Sign In".
3.) Then select "Forgot Apple ID or password?".
This will take you to the correct path to reset your iCloud password. We did notice that you had mentioned that you don't have a trusted device. If you were using two-factor authentication with your Apple ID, the following resource explains which steps you can take if you don't have access to a trusted device: Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support
If you don't have a trusted device with you
If you're trying to sign in and don't have a trusted device with you that can display verification codes, you can tap Didn't Get a Code on the sign-in screen and choose to send a code to one of your trusted phone numbers. This text message might include an additional domain validation line that includes the @ symbol, the website name, and your code (for example, @icloud.com #123456 %apple.com). Or you can get a code directly from Settings on a trusted device. For more details, click here: Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication - Apple Support
Ultimately, if you're unable to receive verification codes, you'll have to initiate Account Recovery to regain access to your account: How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support
We hope this information is useful. Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Best of luck.
