Time Machine becomes extremely slow in Mac OS Ventura

Formated HD 2Tb Lacie UBS-C works fine 2 or 3 days and then start failing. After I formatted several times the backup stuck at 32 or 33% and becomes very slowly

Any help will be appreciated !!
