Hello Space-jg,
Welcome to Apple Support Communities!
We want to help you manage your iCloud storage and ensure you have enough storage space.
Double check your iCloud storage plan with these steps:
"Check your iCloud storage on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
- The bar graph shows your overall storage usage.
- Tap Manage Account Storage or Manage Storage for more details.
- Below the graph, you see a list of apps and features and how much iCloud storage they use. The apps and features that use the most storage are at the top of the list. You can tap an app or feature for more information."
This Apple Support page has the full details: Check your iCloud storage on any device - Apple Support
You can also see how much the family is using, here:
"See how much storage your family is using
Use the steps below to see how much storage your family is using and upgrade if you need more.
If your family is low on iCloud storage, all members get a notification. Then the family organizer or family member that purchased the plan can buy more — up to 2TB — at any time.
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
In iOS 16 or iPadOS 16 or later:
- Go to Settings > Family.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap iCloud+."

We hope this helps to isolate the cause of the storage issue.
Please let us know if you have further questions.
Cheers!
