This computer is already associated with an Apple ID.

I am receiving the error today 'this computer is already associated with an Apple ID' when trying to play items in my Apple TV Library.


For reference, I am using the same apple ID I have had for the past 10 years, this is a shared MacBook with a different Apple ID on each user account, it is linked to my iPhone and iPad (which are not having the same issue and can play the items). It says that I have to wait 90 days. I have never tried to link another ID to my user and only have the one, the same Apple ID that purchased all of these items. My music is also having the same issue - all songs that I have purchased over the last 10 years are now locked out for 90 days. The MacBook is authorised and I have triple checked.

Any advice?
