Installing Old Unsigned Packages

How can I get around the security setting that is stopping me from installing some old software for a music server I have? The package is unsigned and the Ventura OS will not let me install this. My older MacBooks ran this software just fine.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.2

You do not say what exact Mac is this...

or

what macOS


Old machine... how old? what macOS. or the older OS X....?
