Timer not starting at 1:00:00

My timer keeps starting at 1:02:17 for whatever reason and it’s completely throwing me off because my project went for 3.5 minutes to 5 minutes after this glitch. I went into settings where you can edit the timer but I didn’t see a way to fix this.
