What apps can be removed from Apple Watch

I saw a list someplace, but I can't find it. Drat.
But you an do this: Tap the crown to bring up the list of all your apps. Then touch the watch face for a moment, until the screen with Grid View, List View, and Edit Apps comes up. Then touch Edit Apps. You'll see all of your apps. Some of them are jiggling with little x's -- those are the ones that can be deleted. The others can't. This might work best with List View. (I can't stand the grid view, anyway.)
