Horizontal rainbow lines in iphone 13

Hi Community, I'm using an iPhone 13 which was running on ios 16.2. It was working fine for about 2-3 weeks until yesterday when I faced horizontal lines in the screen. Later I updated to ios 16.3.1 but still it didn't fix the issue. Then I tried restarting, reseting settings but nothing saved me. Please can someone help me to solve this. Tried contacting Apple Support via Twitter but didn't get a response.
