Animoji on iPad 10th gen

The animated Memoji feature is supported for Apple's iPad Pro line, it is not supported for other models of iPad. See more info here:

Animoji is only available to devices that support FaceID - as this feature is entirely reliant upon the front-facing FaceID camera array for operation.

For this reason, Animoji is only available for iPad Pro 11” (all generations) and iPad Pro 12.9” (third generation or later).
