Can’t add GoPay as a payment method

I’m based in Indonesia, and I want to add GoPay as a payment method for my Apple ID. But when I try to log in with GoPay in ‘Add Payment Method’, it doesn’t redirect to the Gojek application to log in as it should, and instead shows a default landing page, pictured below.



Pressing ‘Download on the App Store’ on screen also doesn’t work, as it redirects to the App Store and not directly to the Gojek app, even when the Gojek app is already installed on my device. I’ve tried to add my payment method through Settings, App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Music, but the results are all the same. Is this issue on Apple, or perhaps on Gojek? Thanks in advance!

You may need to ask Apple for assistance with this:


Refer to this document for ways to contact Apple --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support

Select your country (also look for "other" regions), then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
