I am being charge for the service that shared with me

Hi,

I am being charged monthly for Microsoft 365. But I am added to the family share in 2022 July and my Microsoft account shows $0.00 redeemed for monthly I don't need to be charged for this service but Apple kept charging me!

I am basically scammed by Apple!

How do I get a refund?

I am receiving two separate bills for family Apple Music, one to my American Express and one to my debit card, this looks to have been happening for several months and I don’t know why. Would like this corrected and a refund of the overcharges. I am being charged twice for Apple Music family share every month and appears it has been happening for quite some time. One goes to my American Express and one to my debit card. Would like to have this resolved and a refund of all of the double payments.

What is apple charging me for? I am getting charged twice by apple. One is 22 for family sharing but I donot know what the 43 dollars is and I am trying to find out.

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
