I upgraded my subscription to family sharing and i added my aunt, however it keeps giving her the option to subscribe on her own as well as whenever she clicks see other options it keeps saying “retry” or cannot load. why can’t she access apple music under my sharing?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. We understand you are running into an issue sharing Apple Music. We're happy to help. If you've already subscribed to an Apple Music Family Plan, use these steps to ensure you're able to share your subscriptions with family:
1. Go to Settings> [your name] > Family Sharing.
2. Tap Subscriptions, then do one of the following:
Tap a subscription you want to share, then follow the onscreen instructions.
Tap Manage Subscriptions, then tap a subscription.
