apple card titanium different from Apple Card?

I applied for the Apple Titanium card and was approved. I added the card to my wallet on my iPhone following the email from Apple. I followed the instructions at Request and activate a titanium Apple Card - Apple Support but there was no place to request the actual card in the mail as described.

Additionally, there is nowhere on the wallet card to get more information as stated by Apple.

Am I doing something wrong or are these two separate cards?

Thanks

The titanium card is the physical version of Apple Card (it is the only physical Apple Card). To request it, you first need to apply and be accepted for Apple Card and add it to your iPhone Wallet.

Is the Apple Card (not Apple Cash) showing as a card in your wallet? It will have an Apple logo in the top left corner and the Mastercard symbol at the bottom right corner. If not, see: How to add Apple Card to your Apple devices - Apple Support

If it is there, check that you are following the instructions below exactly; from Request and activate a titanium Apple Card - Apple Support

How to get a titanium Apple Card

Before you request a titanium Apple Card, apply for Apple Card. If your application is approved and you accept your offer, you can request a titanium Apple Card.

  1. On your iPhone, open the Wallet app and tap Apple Card.
  2. Tap the More button , then tap Card Details .
  3. Scroll down and tap Get a Titanium Apple Card.
  4. Follow the instructions on your screen.

A notification is sent to your iPhone when your titanium Apple Card ships. The card ships to the billing address that you used to complete your Apple Card application. If you want your card delivered to a different address, update your billing address in Wallet before you request your titanium Apple Card.

If that doesn't work, you may want to contact Apple Support: Contact - Official Apple Support

"To request it, you first need to apply and be accepted for Apple Card and add it to your iPhone Wallet." Did you even read my post?

"Is the Apple Card (not Apple Cash) showing as a card in your wallet?" Yes.

I have followed the instructions from the email Apple sent. I clicked the card, clicked the three dots ... and scrolled down. Nothing there stating "Get a Titanium Apple Card."

Additionally, I tried to use the wallet when getting gas. I kept telling me to move device closer to reader. It finally cancelled. I used my normal card without difficulty.

I'm sure others have not had this much of an issue. I will have to call and hopefully someone at CS can get me on the right track.
