Accessing Netflix after the Account Sharing Update
We recently had to get our own Netflix account, we’d been sharing an account for years. Since we’ve started our own account, we cannot login on our Apple TV - 1. I’ve tried chatting with Netflix, it’s not a username or password problem. I’ve chatted with Apple and it’s not a software issue on their end. What can I do? I’m not ready to buy a newer version of the Apple TV. But Netflix is really all we use it for. Help!
