keyboard frozen
When i change my country of my app store, my keyboard is frozen, it will still show up but can’t type anything, I can’t enter my details.

It's unclear if the issue you're describing is occurring while attempting to change your Apple ID region, or after having successfully completed that change.
A good first step to address any unexpected behavior on your iPhone is to restart the device. Restart your iPhone offers the procedure for an iPhone 12 Pro Max as:
"How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, 13, or later
- Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
- Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
- To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo."
If that change has not been completed, ensure you've taken all of the actions from the top of Change your Apple ID country or region before beginning and then complete the steps in order listed on that page to change your Apple ID country. See also this section:

- If you can't change your country or region, make sure that you canceled your subscriptions and spent your store credit. Complete these steps before you try to change your country or region.
- If you're a part of a Family Sharing group, you might not be able to change your country or region. Learn how to leave a Family Sharing group.
