I have deleted the Contacts app from my Watch but still have a very large file (com.apple.mobileaddressbook) taking up a big chunk of storage resulting in frequent notifications that I need to create space. Does anyone know how to remove this file? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can try to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.
