How to delete cent from my balance

You can buy something in the App Store that is more expensive than the last cent. Apple will automatically deduct the last cent from your Apple Balance, and the rest from the payment method associated with your Apple ID.

If you don't have a payment method associated with your Apple ID e.g. a Credit Card, and you do not have the option to add one, contact Apple Support and they can help you.
