16.3.1 update
Anyone else noticing the screen is not being as responsive with the update?
If you’re on a call and trying to multitask, the screen keeps reverting to the call alone.
also if trying to toggle “back” it won’t let you 😔
I have not had any issues with the latest update. I would try a Forced Restart, it resolves many issues:
