Bluetooth Preference Pane Error

My Bluetooth preference pane will not load. Each time I try to open it, I get the message that there is a "Preferences Error: Could not load Bluetooth preference pane." I have updated to Monterey 12.6.3, but get the same error.

The error is in my system preferences pane (see screenshot)

I tried each of the three suggestions (I had at least tried safe mode before), and it didn't work.

Troubleshooting Bluetooth Preference Pane:

Where exactly are you seeing this pane? Is it in the taskbar? Is it in System Preferences?

Try the Following in the Order Provided:

  • Create a New Administrator User:

Create a new Administrator user and see what happens. If it does not occur, then it is something configured in your current user. Create this as the Administrator in: System Preferences > Users & Groups

  • Boot into Safe Mode:

Try logging in using Safe Mode (Hold down shift key upon boot). See if you can log in. Items only load as they do by default, while you are booted into Safe Mode. All caches are set aside.  Go Here: Use Safe Mode to Isolate Issues with your Mac - Apple Support

  • Reinstall the macOS:

Nothing would be deleted. It's just that items that have become corrupted or deleted, would be placed back to where they should be. Go Here: How to Reinstall macOS from macOS Recovery - Apple Support

Thank you for the screenshot .

Reset the SMC and your NVRAM:

(Applies to Intel-Based Macs Only) Sometimes when changes are made to the system(i.e. Updates), system configurations (i.e. for Power) become manipulated, technically. So, reset the SMC and NVRAM. Try performing each thrice. It may take sometime, being certain you have the time to perform these resets.
