My wife iPhone required passcode after battery charging. Unfortunately she forget it and she tried to type passcode several times but it still locked
is there anyway to unlock it with Face ID
tip: data is very important for us
a lot of memories, photos, notes
unfortunately again there is not a back up in iTunes

Sorry to hear that, unfortunately she can’t use the Face ID if the phone ask for passcode or if she tried several unsuccessful times ,she has to reset her iPhone to the factory settings and unfortunately all the data will be deleted and if she doesn’t have a backup for it she can’t restore it, Check this Support article’s to learn how to reset your iPhone , If your iPhone has iOS 15.2 or later installed, see: How to reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch when you forgot your passcode - Apple Support
