Picture in picture

Every time I want to multitask by watching a youtube video and playing a game, I have to watch the video on safari and enter picture in picture because safari's picture in picture can switch between multiple windows while still being able to see the video. How do I make it so that I can use for picture in picture for all windows on my default browser (Microsoft edge)?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.0
