i have iOS 16.3.1 friend sent me Apple Cash
when I go into setting; wallet ; there is no option to turn on Apple Cash.
I have tried restarting phone
made sure 2 party authentication is on
signed into icloud and imessages with same Id
Also note that Apple Cash is for U.S. residents only.
