I want to recover photos I recently deleted

You can restore recently deleted photos, in the Photo app, go to the Recently Deleted folder and select the photos you want to restore, and tap Restore. If you can't see your photos in Recently Deleted, they are unfortunately gone. Photos deleted from Recently Deleted cannot be recovered.

They took my iPhone and they deleted my private photos without taking my opinion, and I need these photos and I want them back as soon as possible !

Who is "they"? Whoever "they" are, you will need to ask them to restore the photos. We cannot help with this. Only "they" can restore the photos that "they" deleted.
